  • 3-4 pound rib roast or 1/2-3/4 pound per person
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper

I bought a roast from the butcher...this is what he said to do for a perfect Prime Rib (which is really just a rib roast)

rub with olive oil; sprinkle with sea salt and pepper - so much as to make it a crust.

Bake 20 min to the pound at 350
