Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9 inch pie plate
• 11 whole graham crackers crushed ( can use crumbs follow recipe on box)
• 1 stick butter/margarine
• Melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs mix and line pie plate . Bake 5 min at 350.
• Save 2T of crumbs to sprinkle on top of topping.
• Filling
• 9 oz. Cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 t. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cheese add eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat till smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake 18 min. at 350

Topping

8oz. Sour cream
2T sugar
1t. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto top of pie , cover completely. Sprinkle on saved crumbs and return to oven for 5 min

Cool 3-4 hrs and serve
