Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

By

Great balls of fire! Hot sausage mixed with cream cheese, Bisquick and cheddar cheese are baked to perfection. These little balls pack a big punch! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot sausage, uncooked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Stir all of your ingredients until thoroughly mixed. This step can be done easily using a Kitchen mixer with a dough attachment.

Roll mixture into balls, about 1" in diameter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

These can be frozen uncooked for later use, just make sure to add a few minutes of baking time if cooking frozen.
