Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 tbls dijon mustard
  • 1 tbl dried tyme
  • 1 tbl sea salt
  • 1 tbl onion powder
  • 1 tbl dried rosemary
  • 4 servings of turkey cutlets

Preparation

Step 1

Dry cutlets with a paper towel. Spread dijon mustard on both sides of cutlet & dredge in panko/spice mixture until coated. Place in a baking dish sprayed with pam. Cook on 400 degree for about 35 minutes or until brown
