- 1 small onion -- grated
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Remove crusts from bread; cut each slice into 4 squares, strips or triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on bread. Place on cookie sheets and broil until golden brown and bubbly
