  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 4 Tbls chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers (I leave this out)
  • Pita Chips

Spread hummus onto bottom of a 9-in pie plate.
Cover with layers of remaining ingredients.
Serve with pita chips.
