• ■1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• ■1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• ■1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

• ■2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
• ■1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
• ■2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
• ■1 cup Olive Oil

Step 1

Mix all ingredients (except steak) in a large plastic bag and smoosh to combine. Add steaks to bag, seal tightly and marinate a few hours.
