German Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3 cups moderatly finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 medium sized sweet green pepper - cored, seeded and minced
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing well to dissolve sugar. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well again.
