Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Chuck
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 (8oz) Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 ( 11 oz) Can Mexicorn drained
- 1 (10oz) Enchilada Sauce
- 1 tsp Chile Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Salt
- 1 (6 1/2 oz) Pkg Corn Tortillas ,divided
- 2 Cups (8oz) Shredded Cheese divided
- Garnish green Chiles

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Beef and Onion in skillit until brown and crumble and drain.
Stir Tomato Sauce and next 6 ingredients into meat mixture and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 5 minutes.
Place half tortilla in bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish.
Spoon 1/2 meat mixture on tortillas and sprinkle with 1 Cup of Cheese. Repeat with Tortilla ,Meat Mixture and Cheeseand green chiles. Bake until Cheese melts
