Greek Lemon Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of waxy potatoes
- 1/3 of a cup of olive oil (maybe a bit less)
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice (lemon juice and oil should be equal)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix everything together and bake for an hour to an hour and a quarter.
At the cottage it was ready in about a half an hour in a glass dish.
