Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of carob powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of stevia
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 1
Cook the coconut oil under very low heat. Once it becomes watery remove the cover off the pan and stir in 1/2 cup of carob powder. Then add 1 1/2 tablespoons of stevia. Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix all of these ingredients together. Then spoon out the mixture on to parchment paper on a baking sheet. You then put the baking sheet in the fridge until the mixture becomes solid. This recipe will make enough for a dozen pieces. Each piece has 50 calories so go ahead and have two!
