Ingredients
- Chicken Pecan Quiche
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 3 lg. eggs lightly beaten
- 2 c finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c minced onion
- 3 drops hot sauce
- 1/4 c pecan halves

Step 1
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a med. Bowl , stir well. Add oil , stir well. Firmly press mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 12 min . Cool completely.
2. Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken. ½ cheese, onion, and hot sauce. Pour chicken mixture into pie crust. Arrange pecan halves over chicken mixture . Bake at 350 for 55 min or until set. Let stand 10 min .
