    c. flour

  • 1

    c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 3/4

    c. chopped pecans

  • 1/2

    t. salt

  • 1/4

    t. paprika

  • 1/3

    c vegetable oil

  • 1

    c sour cream

  • 1/2

    c chicken broth

  • 1/4

    c mayonnaise

  • 3

    lg. eggs lightly beaten

  • 2

    c finely chopped cooked chicken

  • 1/2

    c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/4

    c minced onion

  • 3

    drops hot sauce

  • 1/4

    c pecan halves

Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a med. Bowl , stir well. Add oil , stir well. Firmly press mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 12 min . Cool completely. 2. Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken. ½ cheese, onion, and hot sauce. Pour chicken mixture into pie crust. Arrange pecan halves over chicken mixture . Bake at 350 for 55 min or until set. Let stand 10 min .
