Ingredients

  • 12 eggs (1 doz)
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 c Sour Cream
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Sausage (original or hot I prefer)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 lb Sharpe Cheddar Cheese (I prefer block cheese. It's cheaper and it takes just a couple minutes to shred yourself and also taste better!)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet add brown sausage and set aside to cool. Combined eggs and milk together in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Then add sour cream, pepper, and paprika. Add grated sharp cheddar cheese and cooked sausage to your egg mixture with remaining ingredients. Mix well and add to a 9 x 13 casserole dish. I cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 min. Then remove foil for remaining 10 min.
