- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 2/3 C. honey
- 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- dash salt

Directions
Place chicken pieces in a large slow cooker, skin side up. Sprinkle salt over chicken. In a bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard, and curry powder. Mix well. Pour butter-mustard mixture over chicken quarters. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Baste chicken once during cooking.
