- 1 PINT MILK
- 1 PINT CREAM
- 4 EGGS
- 170 G SUGAR
- VANILLA POD
- ORANGE ZEST
- ICING SUGAR
Preparation
Step 1
CUT PANNETONE INTO 1 CM SLICES. BUTTER ONE SIDE.
IN A BOWL MIX EGGS, MILK, CREAM, SUGAR, VANILLA POD AND ORANGE ZEST.
DIP BREAD INTO MIXUTRE AND PLACE IN A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH IN LAYERS POUR REMAINING MIXTURE OVER BREAD.
BAKE IN 160 DEGRESS OVENFOR 30 - 40 MINUTES
