Ingredients
- 10 to 12 cups chopped cabbage (1 large head)
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 4 carrots)
- 1 cup chopped red onion (about 1 medium-sized onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well mixed and evenly coated.
Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours, and mix again before serving.
