- 1 - 6 oz crust ( graham or chocolate)
- 1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed
- 8 Keebler rainbow chip cookies, chopped

-mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until blended
-gently fold in whipped topping
-fold in chopped cookies
-spoon into crust
-refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight
