- Canned green chiles
- Swiss cheese.
- 3 eggs
- Baking powder
Stuff each chile with slice or wedge of swiss cheese. Flour stuffed chiles.
Separate eggs. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder to yolks. Add same measure of each to the whites. Beat separately and then fold together.
Dip stuffed chiles in egg mixture and fry in oil until lightly browned.
