  • 1 . 8oz jar tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 tbsp evoo
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh thymes
  • Salt and pepper



Step 1

Cook over med heat...sun dried tom,1 tbsp of oil from jar, evoo, onion,garlic. Stir and cook onions til soft and brown...add sugar, vinegar,water,broth,thyme,salt and pepper. Boil,reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Remove lid and simmer til reuced and looks like

Salt and pepper
5 oz goat temp
2tsp thymes
Preheat oven to 400.. Line baking sheet with foil
Slice bread..evoo bake 8-10 min
Goat cheese in bowl with thyme...apread jam on bread and top with goat cheese
