BBQ Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • pickled jalapeño peppers, sliced
  • diced yellow onion
  • salt and pepper
  • Split-T Hickory Sauce
  • grill toasted hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

Make out 4 patties. You want a slightly thick patty. (about 5 minutes per side)

Make a slight indention in the center to allow them to cook evenly

Season with salt and pepper

Grill about 4-5 minutes on each side (on my grill)

Last minute brush on the sauce (thick layer for me), turn and do the same on the reverse side

Toast the buns while the burgers are finishing up
