Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3-4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Step 1
Put about 2 Tbsp. brown sugar in the bottom of each of 4 custard cups.
Combine ingredients briefly in a blender. Pour mixture into custard cups. Place custard cups in a baking pan of hot water. Bake at 300* for one hour and 15 min.
May be served warm or cooled. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream topping. Brown sugar forms a caramel sauce in the bottom of the cups.
