Watermelon Rickey

Ingredients

• 1/2 can of frozen BACARDI® Mixers Margarita mix
• 1/2 cup of BACARDI® Select
• 1 cup fresh cut watermelon
• 4 cups of ice

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Mix, BACARDI® Select, watermelon and ice for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.

Pour into short old-fashioned glasses, and garnish with fresh watermelon.

Serves five to six people
