Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup Shortening
• 1 Cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 5 Cups Flour
• 4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet and Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

If you want to use cookie cutters add more flour to roll out.
