Directions

-bread chicken with bread crumbs or flour
-heat olive oil in pan over med heat
-add chicken and brown
-while browning chicken, combine beef stock, wine, tomato sauce in separate sauce pan and bring to boil
-roll butter in flour – press flour in
-when sauce is at a boil, add butter pressed in flour – whisk until butter melted
-pour sauce over chicken – add shrooms
-reduce heat and let simmer for a few minutes until shrooms soft
