Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup of butter or margarine

  • 1/4

    cup of light corn syrup

  • 2

    tablespoons of water

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    pound of pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 250° Line a baking sheet with foil. Combine butter, corn syrup, water and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add pecans and stir to completely coat nuts. Spread evenly on lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and serve.These nuts are also wonderful in salads
