Ingredients
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (or mint, or any other desired flavor)
- 1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- food coloring
- gradulated sugar

Step 1
Mix ingredients together. Coat mold with sugar and press mixture in to fit. Push out onto parchment paper to dry.
