Ingredients
- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a soup pot, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
