PASTA WITH CHICKEN IN LEMON WINE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Favorite Pasta
  • 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock, mixed with 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • Juice of Two Lemons, about 1/2 cup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • (optional) Butter
  • Grated Romano &/or Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat non-stick skillet to medium; add chicken breasts, cook partially, then mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, cook on low until chicken is no longer pink. Place chicken over pasta and top with wine sauce, and grated Romano/Parmesan Cheese.
