Ingredients

  • 4 celery stalks plus leaves from the inner heart of the bunch
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (6 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 large cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, very thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice celery stalks diagonally; put the slices in a bowl and set leaves aside. Add yogurt, chives and salt; stir to combine.
Arrange melon slices on serving plates. Spoon yogurt sauce onto plates. Garnish with chives and celery leaves.
