Mocha Icing

Great coffee flavor. Perfect on Miracle Whip Chocolate Cake.

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. butter
• 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
• 3 tbsp. of instant coffee mixture (mix double strength)
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat well. Allow cake to cool before icing.
