8-oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1.3-oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
chicken, skinned and quartered
Directions In a bowl, combine salad dressing, cranberry sauce, 1/2 cup water, and soup mix. Stir well until no lumps remain. Place 4 chicken pieces in a 6-quart slow cooker. Spoon dressing-cranberry mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve sauce and chicken over hot cooked rice.
