OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 med lettuce
  • 1 can drained water chestnut
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1 t season salt
  • 3 eggs hard boiled
  • 2 med tomatoes
  • 1/2 c celery diced
  • 1 pkg frozen peas
  • 2 c mayo
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 3 pieces bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Shred lettuce and put in bowl. Top with celery and chestnuts. Sprinkle with peas, mayo over top, seal edges with it. Sprinkle mayo with sugar parmesan, season salt and garlic. Refridgerate 24 hrs. Sprinkle with hard boiled eggs.
Crumble bacon. Cut tomatoes and arrange on top
