- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pkg yeast

Step 1
Mix flour. Water, oil, sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons shopped rosemary in bread machine, with yeast in dispenser. Make dough
When cycle complete, knead for about 5 minutes. Roll out with rolling pan, and spread in small baking sheet. Cover with towel and let rise about 1 to 2 hours, making indents with fingers about half way through. Spread 2 tablespoons olive oil over top, along with remaining rosemary. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, rotating to cook evenly.
