Ingredients

  • Large pan
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Beat together: 6 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

- spray large pan with pam
- mix together, margarine, corn syrup and brown sugar
- cook until bubbly and pour into bottom of pan
- top with two layers of bread - crusts removed
- sprinkle 2 Tsp. cinnamon over bread
- beat together eggs, milk and vanilla
- pour over bread evenly
- bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 55 min
- invert on platter
- cut into squares and serve
