Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, trimmed, peeled and quartered lengthwise
  • 4 j
  • alapeño peppers
  • 4 cups packed cilantro
  • Salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Pass the pineapple, jalapeños and cilantro through a juicer and discard the solids. Strain the juice through a fine strainer into a bowl. Season with salt and refrigerate until chilled. Serve in shot glasses as a tequila chaser.
