Ingredients
- 1 lb penne
- 1 - 15 oz can artichoke hearts
- 1 - 8 oz can diced green chiles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the penne until al dente.
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients except the mozzarella.
Add the pasta to the artichoke mixture and stir until combined.
Pour into a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
To brown the cheese on top broil for a minute.
Serve immediately.
