Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin (use Comstock)
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 eggs beaten (can use an extra egg)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Whip pumpkin till smooth. Add sugar, salt; gradually add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Sprinkle cinnamon ton top.
Bake 425 degrees - 15 minutes
350 degress - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
