Ingredients
- Fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
If using electric grill, preheat to 350 to 400 or oven to 400. Or when charcoal turns whitish.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, marinate asparagus in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Grill for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
