Ingredients
- 8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp celery seed (I never use this)
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 tbsp chopped pimento (chop 4-5 whole green olives)
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 5-6 chopped black olives
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni as directed; drain and rinse with cold water, drain again.
Mix may with lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Combine with macaroni, celery seed (?), tomato, celery, green olives, green pepper, black olives.
Best if has a chance to sit in refrigerator for several hours.
Serve on salad greens or make in jellow mold
