Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Crisco
- 3/4 cup milk
- butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Sift. Cut in crisco with -clean- finger tips. Add milk to make a soft dough. Drop into chicken or beef broth. Steam 15-20 minutes without stirring. Remove from broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Add butter or margarine and toss.
