Ingredients
- 2 (1 pint) baskets strawberries (about 4 cups) rinsed, dired and hulled
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- A few drops lemon juice or kirsch, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, puree the strawberries with the water and sugar. Taste and adjust the flavor with a few drops of the lemon juice or kirsch, if needed.
Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
