Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c sugar
- 6 T flour
- 2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c crushed ritz crackers
- 1/2 c butter
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Spread both pineapples evenly over the bottom. Mix flour and sugar and spread over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Mix cracker crumbs with butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 min.
