Ingredients

  • 8 hershey bars
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 C flour
  • 1 C buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cream chocolate bars, margarine/butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add soda to buttermilk and mix. Alternate adding buttermilk mixture and flour, mixing well after each. Add vanilla. Pour into greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cake is done when knife or toothpick comes out clean. no icing for this cake.
