Ingredients
- 3/4 c ground flax meal
- 3/4 c vanilla whey powder
- 3 tsp of baking powder
- 3 Tblsp of Ideal Brown Sugar Xylitol
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 c sugar free vanilla syrup
- 6 eggs
- 3 tsp of vanilla nut extract or vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1 carb per muffin
Mix with hand mixer until moist. Scoop by into a muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes on the second rack from top at 350 degrees.
