Marinated Pork Loin Chops

• Pork Loin Chops
• Lawry's Steak & Chop marinating sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Poke chops on both sides. Marinate chops with Lawry's sauce for 30 min - 1 hr. Fry in an iron skillet on high heat til done, turning every few minutes and brushing fresh marinating sauce to keep moist. Remove from pan. Cover and rest for 5 min. Brush on more sauce if needed before serving.
