- 1 can 1 package (6 0z.) frozen king crab thawed
- (7 1/2 oz.)
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- pastry shell
- 1/4 cup crushed cheese crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Drain Crab, slice. Blend cream cheese and sour cream, add crab and rest of vegetables and spices. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with crushed cheese crackers. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
