Ingredients
- 1 C. cooked chickpeas with some of their cooking liquid
- 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 T. tahini
- 1/4 C. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon for juicing
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan, heat chickpeas in their cooking liquid. Strain chickpeas and puree them with Aleppo pepper, paprika, tahini and olive oil. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
