Thomas' Light Whole Grain English Muffins (can use Fiber 1)
Shredded cheese
Fat free cottage cheese
No sugar added pasta sauce (Hunt's Garlic and Herb)

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly toast english mufins. Put 1T shredded cheese on each muffin. Add 3/4T fat free cottage cheese on each half. Put 3/4T pasta sauce on each half.

Pop in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
