Ingredients
- 2 can (15.5 oz each) whole kernel corn
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea pepper
- 1 pkg. (9 1/4 oz) chilli cheese flavored corn chips, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine corn, cheese, red pepper, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Chill until serving.
Stir in crushed corn chips just before serving.
