Fiesta Corn Chip Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 can (15.5 oz each) whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tea. salt
  • 1/8 tea pepper
  • 1 pkg. (9 1/4 oz) chilli cheese flavored corn chips, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine corn, cheese, red pepper, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Chill until serving.

Stir in crushed corn chips just before serving.
